Beatrix Ella is a small ethical business, individually handcrafting each piece of jewellery. If you are ordering any items that are ‘made to order’ or ‘pre-ordered’ it may take up to 4 weeks to ship your item once the order has been placed.
Shipping
All our items are sent via Royal mail. Due to value of our items we can only offer Special Delivery to ensure your items arrive.
International orders will be sent with tracking and will require a signature. (5-7 working days)
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been worn unless the item is faulty.
If the item is faulty we will aim to resolve the matter by altering or replacing the item. A refund will only be issued on a faulty item if it can not be resolved.
Please email beatrixella.info@gmail.com within 14 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange return via post for assessment. Returned items should be unworn and must be returned in original packaging .
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. If your item becomes damaged 14 days after receiving the goods, we are not responsible in repairing the item. The cost of a repair can be discussed via email communication.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches the return address. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you seek proof of postage when posting.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and you will be reimbursed your original postage charge.
Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
