In using the Beatrix Ella Limited Website you agree to these Terms and Conditions of which we reserve the right to change or amend at any time. References to “you” and “your” means you, “we”, “our” and “us” refers to Beatrix Ella, trading as Beatrix Ella Limited. 

Handmade:

The jewellery is handmade by myself so due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, this means not all products are the exact same and may vary slightly from the image on the website. Pieces are individually handcrafted and show the craftsmanship (small ‘imperfections’ and scratches). Please note items with stones may be received cracked or chipped. Rings are priced in accordance to wight in silver not stones, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if a stone is cracked, chipped, or scratched.

Prices and specifications can change without notice and Products are subject to availability.

Because we are a small business, if you purchased an item that is made to order, please allow up to 6 weeks after your purchase for your order to be handmade.

Rings cannot be resized.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty we will aim to resolve the matter by altering or replacing the item. A refund will only be issued on a faulty item if it can not be resolved. This does not include imperfect stones.

Please email beatrixella.info@gmail.com within 14 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange return via post for assessment. Returned items should be unworn and must be returned in original packaging .

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. If your item becomes damaged 14 days after receiving the goods, we are not responsible in repairing the item. The cost of a repair can be discussed via email communication.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches the return address. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you seek proof of postage when posting.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and you will be reimbursed your original postage charge.

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.  

Shipping

All our items are sent via Royal mail. Due to value of our items we can only offer Special Delivery to ensure your items arrive.

International orders will be sent with tracking and will require a signature.

Delivery options do not represent the time it takes to make your item. This is the time it takes to be delivered in the post.

You will receive a shipping conformation email with the tracking details to give you updates on your order. 

Delays may occur during bank holidays as a result of the postal services not being open.

If you have provided the incorrect address, we take no responsibility. In most cases Royal mail will return the item back to Beatrix Ella due to incorrect address or item ‘not called for’ we will be in contact via email. There will be an additional postage cost required before we resend your item to you.
